4. NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, all digital product sales are final.
Except where required by law, no refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or credits will be provided after delivery of digital content.
Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in account termination and disqualification from future promotions.
5. SWEEPSTAKES AND PROMOTIONS
Participation in sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, and promotions is subject to separate Official Rules.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and any Official Rules, the Official Rules shall control for that promotion.
Participation does not guarantee winning any prize.
6. PRIZE DISCLAIMERS
Vehicles, prizes, gift packages, merchandise, and promotional items are awarded subject to applicable Official Rules.
Except for any applicable manufacturer warranty, prizes are awarded “AS IS.”
Gana Motors Club LLC makes no warranty regarding:

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
