REFUND, RETURN, AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to downloadable content, Gana Motors Club LLC does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations after purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

● Digital products are delivered electronically.

● Access to content may be immediate.

● All purchases are final.

● No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

NO RETURN POLICY

Digital products cannot be returned.

Once access has been granted, the transaction is considered complete.

CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for properly delivered products.

If a chargeback is initiated:

● Access to purchased content may be suspended.

● Sweepstakes entries associated with the transaction may be voided where permitted by law.

● Future purchases may be restricted.

● Collection efforts may be pursued for fraudulent disputes.

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be issued only if:

● Required by law.

● Duplicate charges occurred due to a processing error.

● Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that extraordinary circumstances exist.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES

Participation in a sweepstakes does not create any right to a refund.

A purchase is not required to enter or win any sweepstakes offered by Gana Motors Club LLC.

Free Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE) are available where required by the applicable Official Rules.
